Home remedies for Acne scare:-


(1)Lemon Juice:- 

    Lemon        - 1 Tbsp
    Almond Oil- 1 Tbsp
   Honey        -   1 Tbsp
     Milk          -  2 Tbsp

Mix all and apply on skin daily

(2)Aloe Vera:-

cut the outer layer of aloe vera and wash to the water and
direct apply to the skin

(3)Neem Leaves:-

First wash neem leaves and apply direct on skin

(4)Lemon Juice and egg white:-

Take some lemon juice and white part of egg and mix 
past apply your skin

(5)Potato:-

 Cut the small slice of potato and apply your skin

(6)Tomato:-

 Cut the small slice of tomato and apply your skin.

How to maintain Your body:-

(1)Food:-

Eat healthy food
Eat highest nutrition foods
Eat more vitamin food
Don't eat more fast foods.


(2)Exercise:-

Daily in morning do yoga
Running 
Skipping
cycling
